My homemade ice cream is made from homemade Kefir and raw cow cream.
I make sure the process is completely natural. I exclusively buy my raw milk and cream from an Amish farm in Pennsylvania that provides farm fresh, nutrient dense food that is non GMO, chemical free, hormone free, antibiotic free, great tasting and truly organic food employing conscientious organic standards with traditional farming methods inspired by the Weston A. Price Foundation studies.
