What's Up With Our Cheese? and A Graduate. 11/4/17

I had a call today from a lady asking about our cheeses. Our cheeses are truly raw, not the heated to 140 degrees raw that is allowed in stores. Our cheese is also 100% grass fed, zero grain, so all the Omega 3 and 6 fats are balanced and the CLA’s are intact. Cancer inhibiting cheese that is real food not a food like item! This is cheese that you cannot buy in stores
of any kind, anywhere. All the good stuff and none of the bad, no chemicals or anti life substances used on our farms for 20 to 30 years now. We have been getting cheese from the same source for over 10 years now so we have cultivated a long time relationship there. This lady thanked me profusely for what we do and it feels weird to get that because I do it for myself and my family, I almost feel selfish as I do this for myself and you all just help me stay in business doing it. I
was born with a terribly weak constitution and at the age of 20 I was an old man with lots of old man problems, now I am young again with none of these things bothering me at all. ZERO. I did not change my constitution but feeding my body properly over time has healed a LOT of wrongs. The older I get the younger I feel and I know this will not go on forever, it just cannot but, hey, why not as long as possible.    

Fun times here at FCF this week.  We celebrated our youngest ever intern graduate. Our new delivery guy, Barry has an incredible bunch of daughters, some of you have met the oldest ones as they are helping with the delivery etc. Victoria is the graduate and I cannot brag on her enough, one of the very best we have ever had and for only 16 it is pretty amazing what young adults can do when they focus and are guided well. So we had to party down a bit to celebrate her commitment, punctuality, promptness, willingness, and eagerness to learn, among other things and an overall terrific attitude. See the pics provided as we decided it was dress up time with it being Halloween and all. Mama
put on her wedding dress which fits perfectly after all these years and 6 children! Says a lot for healthy fats and WAP type
diet and living well. I wore my EMT/firefighter shirt of 30 plus years ago which was a bit tight for me as I was 6 foot 3 since age 14 and 165 lbs till I went on our present diet then finally gained a much needed 20 lbs and have kept it on, but not gotten fat yet, and will not if I just continue to eat the healthy WAP diet. The new Fat for Fuel by Dr Mercola is serving me extremely well and I feel better now than I did at 20 years of age.

TURKEYS

We are sold out of turkeys until November 13th so that means we will have them in time for the Jacksonville
delivery on the 16th and for the Tampa Delivery on the 22nd (the day before Thanksgiving). Yes, we will be delivering to Gainesville and South on Wednesday the 22nd!
