Farm Order Pickup and how it works:

On farm orders can be placed every week, however, there is an order window starting on Thursday and ends Saturday at midnight.  You must place your order before that deadline if you would like to pick up your order the following weekend. The full ordering windows and pick up dates can be viewed above.

We now have a refrigerator located in our barn, directly in front of our walk-in. Your order will be placed in the fridge, with all of your items grouped together.

You can pick up anytime on Saturday between 8 am and 6 pm. If you have any questions regarding what you received feel free to come to anyone you see outside or come and knock on our house door.

  1. Place your order online and be sure to check your email for your order confirmation.

2. Once your order is packed on Saturday before 8am you will receive an e-mail that shows all your order details as well as a final total.  

3.  Come and pick up your order on Saturday between 8am and 6pm.

4. Once you arrive, drive past our house and continue to the barn which will be on your right.

5. The refrigerator is located under our barn roof, in front of our walk-in cooler. Look for your invoice on the door of the refrigerator.

6. Take only the items that are listed on your invoice. Frozen items will be inside the freezer: meat will be inside a grocery bag with your name on it**.  Tubs (butter, lard, tallow, etc) will not be in a bag so be sure to gather any frozen tubs if they are on your invoice.

7. If you are paying with cash or check go ahead and leave it in the money jar located inside the fridge.

8. If you are returning any egg cartons or containers you can leave those inside the fridge or on top.

**Please note: the number of grocery bags containing your meat will be listed on your invoice on the upper right hand corner as "Containers". So, if it says "Containers: 2" be sure to take 2 bags of meat.
