Baked Goat Chops with Fresh Basil

This simple and versatile recipe uses summer's bounty of fresh basil. Although the instructions say to bake in the oven, the chops can also be grilled or even pan fried, whichever you prefer.

Ingredients
- (4 Chops) Goat Chops
- (1/4 C, chopped) Sweet Basil
- (To Taste) Course Sea Salt
- (To Taste) Black Pepper
- (To Taste) Dehydrated, Minced Onion
- (To Taste) Garlic Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder in a small bowl. Rub onto both sides of the chops. Place chops on cookie sheet then place chopped basil on each chop, spreading evenly. Bake in oven for 30 minutes, placing chops under broiler for 8 minutes at the end of cooking time, 4 minutes on each side.
