Baby-back ribs are more tender and lean, compared with Spare-Ribs. As usual, they come from our forest fed pigs supplemented with Non-GMO verified feed. These go great on the grill with your favorite seasoning or BBQ sauce. A must have at your next get together. Cook ribs low and slow.
Pork Facts: Baby-back ribs are cut from where the rib meets the spine, after the loin is remove. They are lean and tender. Fear not; there are no baby pigs used to make baby-back ribs. They are called "baby-back" because they are traditionally cut smaller than Spare-Ribs (though not in our case). Spare-Ribs come from the remainder of the pigs ribs, in the lower belly area, which gives them more (flavorful) fat.
