For those on the GAPS diet or using the Budwig Protocol or just want cottage cheese with out the fat, here it is. This is our raw cottage cheese made with our 100% grass fed-A2 skim milk with nothing else added other than Himalayan Pink Salt. We freeze it right after it is made to ensure its freshness once it is defrosted.
