Delicious, homemade sourdough bagels now made with 100% grass fed SHARP cheddar cheese instead of mild and the jalapeño seeds were NOT removed so these have more of a kick! Fermented 20+ hours, 4 bagels per bag. To enjoy, simply pull out of the freezer and toast on the defrost setting or get them out of the freezer an hour or 2 before using and toast as usual. Pre sliced for easy toasting!
