Just add your wet ingredients and you’re ready to go! The dehydrated sourdough starter will give your pancakes a delicious sourdough taste and make your them extra soft and fluffy! Makes 8-10 medium pancakes and 10-12 large.
To make the pancakes, combine the dry mix with:
• 1⅓ cups milk
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tbsp melted unsalted butter
• 1 tbsp cinnamon (optional but highly recommended)
Whisk together until smooth and cook like normal pancakes.
