This pork comes from our own pigs who were moved to a new area every week in our "Piggy Woods" where they root up the ground for tubers, eat grass and weeds, acorns, wild blackberries, and anything else they desire. They were supplemented with a ration of Non-GMO whole wheat soaked in water.
