Sirloin Chops come from the loin of the pig and our bigger and more tender than the regular pork chops. They are cut to 3/4 inch thickness and our perfect for the grill. These pigs were raised right here at Full Circle Farm in our woods where they were moved regularly and supplemented with Non-GMO Barley and Skim milk.
