Bittersweet Hot Fudge Sauce
This a beautiful fudge sauce. Unlike overly sweet(very expensive) varieties you might find in the grocery store, it has a slightly bitter taste to that pairs well with sweet ice cream. this sauce poured over Vanilla Ice or any other flavor makes it an irresistible dessert. This recipe is great for when you're in a hurry because it has minimum preparation time. Makes about a cup and half of hot fudge.
