Directions
Ingredients
2 Ripe Mangos, peeled and cubed
1 Lemon, zested and juiced.
1 1/2 a Cup of Cream or a combination of cream and milk.
Optional: You can also use 4 Tbsp of fresh grated ginger to make hot sauce as a topping.
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until it becomes smooth and creamy. Put in the fridge until chilled, serve and enjoy!
