The egg yolks in this cool treat gives it a nice custard like texture.

Ingredients
3-4 Dozen Egg yolks
3 Quarts of Cream
2 Cups of Maple Syrup
3 Tbsp of Vanilla
Directions
Makes 5-6 Quarts
Place egg yolks in a large bowl and beat for 2-3 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients, stir well and freeze according to the instructions of your icecream freezer. Add your favorite toppings, serve, and enjoy!
