Lacto-Fermented Ketchup made by Matthias (our son) using Sally Fallon’s (Nourishing Traditions) recipe with a slight adaptation. The organic tomato paste, organic tomato sauce, Himalayan pink salt, cayenne, and garlic are from Azure Standard, the maple syrup is from Collins Tree Farm in Vermont, the fish sauce is from Red Boat, and the whey is from FCF.
