These pigs were moved to a new area every week in our "Piggy Woods" where they root up the ground for tubers, eat grass and weeds, acorns, wild blackberries, and anything else they desire. They were supplemented with a ration of 50% Non-GMO Barley and Grassfed skim milk and 50% Non-GMO feed.
Sirloin Chops come from the loin of the pig and our bigger and more tender than the regular pork chops. They are cut to 1 inch thickness and our perfect for the grill.
