The turkeys that were raised just for this sausage were completely free to roam on 10 acres of pasture. They were supplemented with a certified Non-GMO turkey feed as well as Non-GMO certified wheat. The feed they had access to was only a supplement to all the grass, acorns and bugs they could eat!
