South Florida Delivery Updates...
To ensure we are able to stay profitable for the South Florida delivery locations, we have decided to increase the per pound charge from $0.45/lb to $0.55/lb.  This charge allows us to better cover the cost of the delivery person to pickup at our farm and deliver to each location and return to our farm at the end of the day. 
 
Also, to streamline the payment process we are only going to accept credit card payments for the South Florida Delivery locations so that our drop off points of contact do not have to deal with cash and checks.  These changes will be effective for the next order which will be delivered on Tuesday October 20th.  Be sure to get your orders in by the deadline of Friday the 16th by midnight.   **Depending on interest and size of the order, this may be our last delivery to South Florida.

FCF News

Here is Caroline with Amber, one of our best guard dogs, out in the cool of the morning taking care of our meat bird chickens (Cornish Cross).  We have now butchered more than half of these birds and they are looking good in the freezer.  These whole chickens are $4/lb and were fed regular feed free of hormones and antibiotics.  They were truly free to range on pasture which means they also ate plenty of grass/weeds and bugs.  You can find them here:  https://fullcirclerealfoods.com/product/whole-chicken-fcf.   Also available are the feet and heads, livers, gizzards and hearts.  Eden Farm also has restocked their freezers and all of their Non-GMO certified chicken is now available.  Check out all they have to offer here: https://fullcirclerealfoods.com/store/vendor/eden-farms.

To reserve a turkey please choose which size you want and reserve it by paying a $20 down payment with your order. The sizes are:  Small(13-15 lb.), Medium(16-17 lb.), & Large(18-20 lb). Pork highlights... 

Various candidates have been interviewed to take over the pork operation as Brian & Angela continue to plan their transition to North Carolina.  We are excited for the candidates who have expressed interest and hope to make a decision by the end of the year who can fill their shoes. It's not too late to throw your name in the hat. We are focusing on finding a person/couple that is like minded and will continue to manage the business with the same level of quality and commitment as they have so that there is little to no impact to the customer. 
 
Specific to product updates, we are working now to create a Fall sausage special with locally grown herbs so be looking for this on the website in the near future. Also, we have added various items to the website for individual purchase such as pig head, feet, tail, fat, bones, heart and liver so check out these items now.  They are very nutrient dense and there are great recipes out there to incorporate them into your diet.
