A Window of time for Placing Orders – Starting in January we will be placing a time frame of about a week where you will be able to place your order. We feel like this is necessary so that we can better manage our inventory. What this means is that you will not be able to place your order 2 weeks in advance but only during the allotted time for your particular delivery schedule. We will also have reminder notifications that will be sent to your e-mail when it is time to place your order.

Pork highlights...
There are many great options now in stock of our forest-fed pork. We have a new batch of 50/50 which is half 100% Grass Fed Ground Beef and half Forest-Fed Non-GMO Pork seasoned with salt, pepper, red pepper, sage and sugar and comes in 2 lb packs.
We also have a holiday special sausage which is seasoned with local rosemary and garlic, lemon zest, black pepper and organic sea salt. This is an excellent option if you are looking for an Italian style sausage and it comes in 1 lb. packs. We will only have one batch of this option so get it while it lasts.
Finally, we now have the deer/pork mix back and this year we had it done in 2 lb. packs instead of 5 lb. packs per customer feedback. This is 60% forest-fed Non-GMO pork seasoned with seasoned with salt, pepper, red pepper, sage and sugar and wild-caught local deer.
Half/Whole Pig Orders...
If you are interested in a half or whole pig, we will be taking pigs to the butcher on 1/6. You can submit the deposit on the FCF website and we will provide a cut sheet for you to specify exactly how you would like to receive your pork. The cost of the pig includes the butchering, processing, packaging and any special requests such as curing and smoking so there are no added fees to what is listed on the website.
