In the Garden...

As the weather determines what we will have available from the garden, our inventory fluctuates from week to week.  Our goal is to have the garden items that we have available updated the Sunday prior to the delivery so just a heads up if you are looking for items from our garden you may want to check back the Sunday prior to the delivery to add the garden items to your order.  We also have a new option which is our veggie box which includes a variety of vegetables such as kale, lettuce, radishes, carrots,  and chard for only $15.00.  Currently we also have Collard Greens, Kale, Lettuce Mix & Mustard Greens available for purchase by the bunch.

Split Pea Soup Recipe Using Pork Broth...
Check out a new recipe that we added to our website that uses Pork Broth.  Alicia made it recently and it was excellent so we wanted to share it with you.  https://fullcirclerealfoods.com/blog/split-pea-soup

Plastic Bags & Product Containers Needed....
As we use many plastic bags to pack customers orders we are in constant need of plastic bags.  If anyone has extra they want to give us please bring it to your next order pickup and give it to the driver and they will get it to us.  They will be greatly appreciated. This goes as well for jars, plastic containers, egg containers, etc. that you may get your product in and then not need.  We can always re-use those items

Help at Farmer's Markets and with Farm Deliveries..
We are still looking for individuals that are interested in working with us at the Farmer's Markets that we attend.  We currently attend to the Gainesville 441 Growers Market every other Saturday and will be starting at the Jacksonville Neptune Beach Market every 4 weeks on Saturday in May.  Also, we have periodic deliveries we need help with to pick up feed, take pigs to the butcher, pick up pork from the butcher, etc.  For the Farmer's Market we will pay a % of the profits for that day and for deliveries we will pay a per mile fee.  Contact us at angelabowen@gmail.com if you are interested. For either option, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with no issues.

New Delivery Locations:
As we mentioned in our last newsletter, we have setup a delivery location at the Beaches Green Market in Neptune Beach every 4 weeks starting Saturday May 23rd. You will be able to place orders on our site and pickup at this location starting at that time as well.  The market is from 2pm-5pm and is located at Jarboe Park at the intersection of A1A and Florida Avenue.  The website for the market is http://www.beacheslocalfoodnetwork.org/Pages/BeachesGreenMarket.aspx.
Also, we have a new delivery location in Boca Raton  & Vero Beach starting on June 2nd.  Check out our website for additional details.
Finally, we currently sell at the Red Hills Online Farmers Market which services Tallahassee.  You can submit your order directly through http://www.rhomarket.com/ to purchase our food through them. They have pickup locations and home delivery available.

Thanks for voting with your pocket book and supporting our growing family of farms and budding entrepreneurs,
Dennis and Alicia

This is Rango, the dual purpose guardian of our Cornish Cross chickens (meat birds).  Not only does he protect them by night from coyotes but by day he makes a great nest.  What a good boy!  For those of you looking for a great guardian, we will have puppies for sale once again at the end of the month.

Trial Date: October 21st, Please Come And Show Your Support

Hello Small Farm Enthusiasts, Our trial date is set for October 21st at the Suwannee County Courthouse in Live Oak, FL. We would like to ask you to drop everything and come to the trial. The more people we can get into that room the better off we will be. If you want to say something on our behalf you may be allowed but if you want to observe, only, that works too. The judge will be persuaded by numbers of people interested in this case.

Rabbit, Chestnuts, Micro-Greens And A Trial 9/20/19

Hello Small Farm Enthusiasts, We may be going to trial. We are alleged criminals for selling food without a proper license. They sent an undercover investigator to our farm to buy our food and caught us red handed. We are charged with a second degree misdemeanor just like a druggy. Yes it is a very sick world we live in when the farmer and his wife who neither have ANY previous record are accused of a crime and the crime is something that people have been doing since the beginning of time.

Kefir, a Glass a Day Will Keep the Doctor Away and Persimmons A-plenty 9/6/19

Hello Small Farm Enthusiasts, Kefir made from raw, 100% grass fed milk is an amazing super food loaded with friendly bacteria for your gut. A healthy person will have 2 to 6 lbs of healthy bacteria in their gut. Another way to say this is that a healthy person will have 80% good bacteria and 20% bad in the gut but most Americans have this ratio reversed. This imbalance affects the immune function as these friendly bacteria are a huge part of your immune system.
