These pigs were moved to a new area every week in our "Piggy Woods" where they root up the ground for tubers, eat grass and weeds, acorns, wild blackberries, and anything else they desire. They were supplemented with Non-GMO pig feed, 100% grass fed skim milk, and scraps from our butchershop.
2-4 chops per package, 3/4" thick, from our forest fed pigs that have a great marbleized texture and taste.
