Homemade sourdough bagels fermented 20+ hours, 4 bagels per bag. The water in this recipe was replaced with beef marrow bone stock. They are extra soft because of the slightly higher fat content from the beef stock with a delicious onion flavor! Get all the benefits of beef stock in bagel form! To enjoy, simply pull out of the freezer and toast on the defrost setting or get them out of the freezer a couple hours before using and toast as usual. Pre sliced for easy toasting!
