We at Full Circle Farm are very happy to be liars and produce, not milk, but the most nutrient dense white gold anywhere. This is said tongue in cheek as we have heard it said that if you say you produce 100% grassfed milk in Florida's sandy soils "You must be lying". Anyone who would say such a thing does not in the least understand the basics of white gold production.

Lately we have had several calls asking if our milk is 100% grass fed, and sales are thru the roof. We have had steady growth for 15 years but this is back to growth like we saw pre 08 recession when it was just nuts to keep up. One caller told us that the farm where he was getting his raw milk told him that 100% grass fed is NOT doable here in Florida and that if a farmer says he is, he is "lying".

Cheese: Milk really, that is made into a different form, a keto form. If you have studied health, especially keto, which is all the rage right now, you cannot miss the fact that carbs are a problem in the American diet today. Not that carbs are bad, there are good ones, but in excess they cause all kinds of problems. So, more and more of us are finding the keto diet and experiencing tremendous results.

Hen fruit. The late Jerry Brunetti always called eggs hen fruit, never eggs. He believed eggs were so good for you that he wanted vegans to eat them. He just had to call them fruit to try and rearrange their thinking so that maybe if eggs were called "fruit" they and others may be attracted to eating them. Like a nut, hen fruit has all the nutrients necessary to make new life. It is loaded with every nutrient needed, just like an acorn is, to make an oak tree. Of course sunshine and rain and soil then get involved, as well, in the making of that massive creation, but you get the point.

Pursuing a dream can be scary since there is usually always risk involved and fear of the unknown. "Will I fail?", "Is this the best decision?", "Will this put us too far in debt?" and many other questions that surface when setting out on a new venture. Every time we fail at something we should give each other high fives, instead of jumping into criticism, because if you're failing you are at least DOING

We are pleased to offer some new beef items from our Tallahassee Partner.  We know some of you only want beef that we produce here, at FCF, but we are very limited in what we can do here because our main focus is dairy cows.  We know the producer's at Lotus Hill Farm very well.  Craig Hardin is their beef manager, who we have known for more than 10 years.  He is passionate about sustainable/regenerative agriculture and is a close follower of Joel Salatin and Sally Fallon.  We love the beef that we get from our Tallahassee Partner (Lotus Hill) and eat it on a regular basis.  It is 100% grass fed, rotationally grazed, beyond organic and, an added benefit is that you get nutrients from a different farm when you eat their beef.  Some new items available on our site: London Broil, tri-tip steak, porterhouse steak, ground sirloin, kabob meat, beef shanks, flank steak

As a continuation of previous discussions in past letters about how we do things different at FCF, I wanted to give one more example of the difference between us and “them”. We recently met at a workshop, some guys who have 50 thousand chickens and are producing eggs for Whole Foods.

Find and FCF Event Near You! It seems like a good time to go out and speak about Full Circle Farm and tell how we differ from other farms. If you would like to hear directly from Dennis the farmer, how Full Circle Farm manages their animals, pastures and overall farm to bring you nutrient dense food, let us know and we would love to coordinate a meeting, like the ones happening below:

A Helping Hand From South Africa: I am enjoying an amazing, chomping at the bit, intern named Brad. I have often wondered what I could accomplish if I had someone here that would pull the same weight I do. Now I have that, or Brad sure tries hard anyway. He is also my complementary opposite, as he is quite handy, so we are making the pieces fly. It feels good to

Costs are rising on the farm and I want to explain why we will have to raise our prices a bit, the first of the year. Very few things cost less now than 10 years ago, I can think of a few but not many. Most costs are rising across the board
